A formal link exchange generally refers to an internet based system that is set up to facilitate these sorts of link exchange. There are some well known link exchange systems on the web that are easily found via a web search.

The back of this 6" square tile reads simply, "Mosaic". Is that the name of the picture? The company? I'm afraid I don't know art, but this does look familiar. It has a pale pink background with black outlining the white design. There are several chips around the edge and it is stained under the glaze along the border, but I thought it was too cool to pass up.
